This week, we’re saying goodbye and thank you to Fams’ Project Officer, Bronte Johns.
Bronte leaves Fams to embark on a new adventure overseas.
In her position, she worked diligently behind the scenes to support the sector and has been instrumental in advocating for the needs of child protection services.
Summing up all her achievements during her 2-year tenure at Fams is challenging, but some notable projects she has contributed to include:

- the Fams Conference 2023
- the Amplify Project
When reflecting on her time with Fams, Bronte appreciates the experiences and the opportunities she’s had.
“I’m so grateful for the experiences and opportunities I’ve had since my time at Fams,” says Bronte
“I feel so humbled to work alongside my wonderful team as well as the incredible child protection workers across the sector.”
Bronte began her Fams journey as a social work placement student. Now, she stands as a strong and esteemed advocate for child protection services. We have been privileged to witness her growth and eagerly anticipate where her journey will take her next.
