In Australia, 1 in 6 children live in poverty, and that just isn’t right. This Sunday marks the beginning of Anti-Poverty Week, reminding us that poverty is something we can tackle together.
It’s up to all of us to keep our kids safe, strengthen families, and build supportive communities.
Take inspiration from countries like New Zealand, which have successfully passed laws to reduce child poverty and improve child wellbeing. We can do it too.
