Exciting news: We understand that DEX reporting can be a real challenge, draining your valuable resources. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that our proposal for continued funding of DEX support clinics was successful!
We’re also welcoming Fiona Morrison to the Fams team as our new Coordinator, DEX Support until June 2025. Fiona brings specialised assistance to the sector such as:
- Reviewing and improving data collection and entry
- SCORE, Client outcomes and program logics
- Contact Alignment and Reporting

Lisa Smajlov, our Manager, Sector Support, will keep providing DEX support to ACCOs.
Not sure what the clinics are? These are 1-hour, one-on-one support sessions. Sessions are focused on improving data entry, collection and understanding DEX reports.
