Woah, we’re halfway there! 🎶 60 NSW TEI Supported Playgroup practitioners have now been trained in smalltalk for free.
Over two exciting days, attendees dove into interactive sessions, connected with fellow facilitators, and had vibrant discussions about implementing small talk.
smalltalk comprises evidence-based parenting strategies aimed at enriching the home learning environment for children from birth to school age. With funding from DCJ, Fams and Parenting Research Centre plan to train 120 TEI playgroup practitioners in the initiative over the next year.

- The next event will take place in February 2025, with successful participants receiving confirmation around December. Our final training cohort will take place in April 2025.
