You have until 30 July to get all your TEI program reporting into the DSS Data Exchange (DEX) for the period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022.
At the same time, Fams is offering you a final opportunity to access free coaching sessions on DEX.
For nine months, Fams has been providing online coaching sessions on DEX through the Social Sector Transformation Fund (SSTF) Tranche 3.
This was a grant that ACWA tendered for, and from those funds, Fams was able to secure 100 x 4 sessions. The selection was through an open expression of interest in our Weekly Wrap.
It has been a wonderful opportunity to work with the TEI sector, particularly in the relationships that have been formed and the useful conversations that help us to advocate on the sector’s behalf. Fams is in constant awe of how committed you are to children, young people, families, and communities in NSW and again, we thank you for the work you do.
Feedback from services and workers about the sessions has been positive.
More often than not your reporting on DEX is on the right track. Your coaching is tailored around specific questions relating to how cases and sessions are set up and reported ongoing. We have offered guidance in using SCORE especially in pairing the SCORE types and domains so that you are creating a baseline through the initial SCORE, and reporting progress in subsequent SCOREs.
Through these sessions, we better understand the challenges of accurately reflecting the Program Activities and Service Types in your contract. We have found the TEI Activity Report (in the Partnership Approach Reports) to be very useful for this purpose.
We will be sharing more of our learnings about DEX in our upcoming Roadshow, commencing in late August so watch out for information about how you can participate in those sessions that are specific to the District/s that you deliver services in, and the opportunity to meet again face to face.
If you would like to take advantage of the remaining free coaching sessions available, please complete the form below.
